Given what's transpired this offseason it's stupid to even ask the question, but we knew it would happen 

No where near some of the Stupidier post during all that transpired.

Housh can work out any kind of contract if Housh wants to be here

Sea Chickens have to pick up the difference

In his defense he's been on a Seahawks team that's been terrible for a few years and a QB that disappeared. He's more than good enough to be our #2. He's 33, but our #1 WR isn't much younger and everyone seems OK with that.

I do think his contract is too much so if he gets released or we could work out a new contract etc, it would be worth it.

Yeah we'd be lucky to get him regardless of the details but doesnt a WR strongly consider which QB would be throwing to him? I dont think Moore would be at the top of his list of QB's (eh national press) nor would our strong running game be the type of offense he's interested in. He kind of diva'd out of Cinci didnt he? Not sure thats gonna mix well here.

I know we need help at WR but I'm gonna have to say no thanks to this one, he's 33 and I was never that impressed with him when he was in his prime. I think he rode Ocho's coat tails in Cinci, as soon as he was asked to be the man he disappeared.
seahawks have sucked...really bad. can't blame his lack of production on him. the oline has been horrid, hass is hurt more often than not and the only other guy throwing the ball was seneca wallace. they had no run game (julius jones? seriously?) so what in the world was he supposed to do? esp. when there wasn't anyone else on the team with any talent (except maybe john carlson, the TE).

true, he isn't a #1 guy. was never meant to be, imo. as a #2 guy? one of the best to fill that role there has been in a long time. rode the coattails of 85? more than likely, but isn't that what we are hoping someone can do here? ride 89's coattails? so far doesn't seem to be anyone that has any kind of grip on the job.

at this point, age doesn't matter. not in his case. he'd be much better than moose since his return form chicago.

i know what the team is trying to do but i wish it was more intent on winning. that would be just one move...just one tiny little move. it would mean the world to the fans and the offense.

i'll keep on saying it, this team is one WR shy of being serious playoff contenders. of all the potentially available options with cuts looming, housh is the best choice.

i don't believe that it will happen, his coming here. but i hope it does and i do believe it would be the best move, even and especially if it is a short term move and solution.
