its pretty simple. the guy was cursing and the old people try to "educate" him, oldschool style. easy ruling in his favor. they should have kicked him out or given him a warning from the beginning.

Fwiw, I am not taking either side, and more than likely the older couple is legally at fault. But in order to determine who was at fault and what really happened, I would need to see the whole thing, or at least hear from both sides.
