Guy did well at OU if I remember correctly. He battled a groin injury during camp and fell down the depth chart. He apparently blew a blocking assignment last game and they sent him packing early.

Onto other suggestions...lewis wouldn't even be a starter here anymore.

Lewis would be a huge mistake to resign, I would rather keep who we have. Hopefully someone else will pick him up but it says a lot that he couldn't make the squad for NE.

I can see us getting a WR but it is going to be someone young who has potential and can play special teams. They would also be very cheap and that is not TJH.

Dezmon Briscoe just waived by cincinatti - he had a nice 50 yd touchdown scamper this last preseason game. not sure that i'd take him instead of gettis though.

Fair enough i guess we've got to find somebody though we absolutely cannot go into the season with what we have at receiver .. i mean at least drew carter had speed and colbert could get open .. we need a consistent slot / route guy something serious
