He went to the vikings before he signed on in seattle. he was never supposed to leave. Pretty sure they will welcome him back, and it will probably be his first choice

Bengals WR/PR Quan Cosby confirmed on his Twitter account Friday that he has made the final roster.

Normally reliable beat writer Joe Reedy ended up whiffing on this prediction. The Bengals will only keep six receivers, so Jerome Simpson or Dez Briscoe will be exposed to waivers. Cosby will hold onto punt return duties; he wouldn't have been kept if Pacman Jones was taking over on punts as well as kickoffs.
