Yeah Housh can pretty much pick the team he wants to sign with. It would have to be a long term deal though.

If he's cut, he doesn't go through waivers. It's all up to who he wants to sign with. Here he'd definitely play a large role in the offense so that might be enticing but I doubt he ends up here.
