They both need to knock off some rust--they will play a few series. If for no other reason than to give the offense some positive energy going into house-warming week. By the way, 7 point underdogs? Must be counting on our young guys to fold. NY has problems, and we are going to run over them. Our D is pretty good. Take the Panthers and the points.

First team O needs to score a TD, preseason or not, they need some type of momentum going into the regular season! I think Fox realizes this and will play everyone that is able to play for at least the first few series

I know you want a TD but I would just like to see the O be productive and move the ball down the field. A TD would be great but just some consistant offensive plays mixing the run and pass without any 3 and outs would make me a happy camper.

If the First string has some type of complex about scoring a TD, then we have bigger issues. I do not think having them score on the second or third string is going to give them that much of a lift in the momentum area.

It wouldn't surprise me in the least if they both play a few series. If the doctors give them an all clear it would be good for both of them to get some live game action against an opposing team to lead up to the first game of the season.

I won't shed a tear if they don't play...I already know what they're capable of. I actually would like to see nothing but pass plays to test our QBs and WRs, and see who stays and goes
