It is impossible to know. Will the Panthers continue to have decent success in the drafts? Do they change their philosophy after the labor agreement and start going after higher profile free agents? Do they keep a strong offensive line in-tact? Do they manage to keep both of their 1k yard rushers? Do they find another WR to consistently help out Steve Smith? How long does Smith stay elite? And so on and so on. The greatest QB on the planet only has 1 Super Bowl ring in Manning. One player a team does not make.

As a huge Clausen supporter I would have to agree that it is simply impossible to know, we have no idea how he will be in actual games. Until he wins, or is given, the starting job lets just pull for Matt to get us to a superbowl!!!!

then you have guys like carson palmer, phillip rivers, aaron rodgers, who don't have championships but are really good.
