I have a friend, Nicole, who had a hot Mustang, she was hot herself. He license plate read "Hi Risk" (for her insurance.)

She had several speeding tickets, but she also got out of 3 times as many of them! She would just unbutton her blouse and always wore a front close bra. The Char-Meck cop of State Trooper would walk up to her and see "The Girls" about to bust ouf of her top and always let her off with a warning. Worked for a long time, until she got pulled over by a female State Trooper! :eek:
