All Im saying is if you get paid a million dollars to catch a ball, catch the damn ball? Is it that hard to understand? Will he be a good receiver one day? Possibly, but do you really want to wait? Are we gonna wait on this one as long as we have waited on Jarrett? Colbert? Im not just down on Lafelle either because no one has stepped it up, but we need people to perform now.

Can we really wait until game 5 or 6 for someone to come along and make a difference?

Yes.

WK DATE OPPONENT

1 Sun, Sep 12 @New York

2 Sun, Sep 19 vsTampa Bay

3 Sun, Sep 26 vsCincinnati

4 Sun, Oct 3 @New Orleans

5 Sun, Oct 10 vsChicago

6 BYE WEEK

3 of the 5 we should be able to beat with our ground game. The other 2 had magical "luck" seasons last year and there is no reason to think they will have that much luck again.

Moose also dropped a lot of balls, including some real easy one's, but that doesn't mean he sucked. Give the kid a chance.

BTW, am I the only one who was impressed by Gettis the other night? That kid got seperation and caught two balls that nobody could have blamed him for dropping because of the hits he took. Who knows, maybe he's the guy for the job.

You never know man. I fully trust what you saw in camp but who's to say he's just not a good practice player? Lord knows we've seen the opposite.
