Meeks will be promoted to HC when Fox leaves. Count on it.

He'd at least get an interview, for certain. Possibly Brian Baker too. I could see a scenario where Meeks becomes head coach and Baker takes over at DC.

With that said, I'm nowhere near certain that Fox is out next season.

I don't know that JR wants to pay to keep Fox.

I would not be surprised to see Meeks leave with Fox, but he also could stay, especially if he has a chance at HC.
