Buried alive is pretty bad too. Compactor would depend on how quickly it would kill you.

I specifically cited burning because of the intense pain, drowning because of your consciousness to the ordeal (I suppose - haven't drowned before so I wouldn't know) and stabbing because you would bleed out.
