Desperate Girls

It's been a situation developing since June. This girl has been desperate for a boyfriend for years. I've seen her try to lock down guys, some of whom are friends of mine, to no avail.

So over the summer, she comes to a few of my bands shows, wasted, and doesn't even disguise the fact that she wants to *** me. She texts me blatantly obvious messages and calls me regularly. I politely declined her advances at first...but she didn't give up. I recently moved to a new house she hadn't been to, but she found out where I lived and paid me a visit. I was still polite with her at this point, but getting aggravated. So a few nights ago, she calls me, drunk again, trying to get me to come bar hop with her, and I just hung up on her.

I'm at the point where I'm just going to start ignoring all this crap. Best way to handle it? It's impossible not to run into her because we have mutual friends...Should I tell her the reasons I'm not interested?
