color has nothing to do with it, no conner does not make nor will he probably make plays the way beason does but he is almost always in the right postion and is a sure tackler.he also is not afraid to mix it up with lineman,te's or rb's my only concern is how well he does in coverage if teams throw on 1st or 2nd down

There was a tremendous amount of concern with moving Beason out of the middle and having Conner man the MLB spot. A lot of people expected him to struggle....which he has not. He has played outstanding football.

No one is discounting Anderson's play. Quite frankly, I think he has played extremely well. However, I always thought he would be an upgrade at the SLB over Diggs.

Conner has surprised some people with his ability to play text book MLB football....that is why people are noticing.
