Moore made some poor decisions on the field, but you can't deny the help is seriously lacking.

I worry alot that Moore played against teams already in the "shut down" mode last year. I just don't think he's anything more than a back up to a competent NFL QB. I hope I'm wrong and we win 10-11 games.

Matt has loooked good to me. If he had a faster WR or was throwing to Smitty on that long pass to Jarrett, it would have been a TD. And if Lafell caught that sideline pass it would have been a first down. Ive only seen 2 plays where Moore had bad plays. The high pass to Barnidge in the endzone and not seeing Wright when the DB fell down. Its only preseason and he's played good overall tonight. If a couple bad plays are gonna tarnish the way some people view him, they just might as well turn off the TV.

Happens all the time with all QB's. Wake me up when it means something. Maybe Matt saw the safety shift right and took that route off his progression? You never know what the QB is thinking, but its easy to pretend like you have a clue based on TV commentary.
