Check out All Shall Perish's 2nd album, The Price of Existence. The other two aren't nearly as good.

A lot of times, those kind of comments are mere opinions. No real statement. It's all a matter of perception. I've seen some more "poppy" or "mainstream" metal, but nothing that a consensus could draw as "weak ass pop metal".

They're no Decapitated.

You can definitely top that pile of pop metal with Devildriver though. Lamb of God had three solid albums, and DD has had none.

There's a few others in here too.
