I am not challenging you on this, just seeking insight so my question is not meant to be disrespectful. That said, why would u plan to switch a defensive scheme next year (by next year I assume u mean 26/27 season).  Especially when u are coming off a season with a historically bad defense.
 

 Might as well just switch now and deal with the fallout.  It’s not like any of your current guys are that great with a 3-4.  if the organizations strategy aligns closer to a 4-3 then switch now.

this current  team will not take BPA they never do take BPA .it's been a long time since this team drafted BPA in the 1st round
