Do you work for a marketing firm?? Your ability to spin reality and pull things out of thin air is admirable.:D

Which part of the saints were 4-8 when we beat them and were the hottest team the last month of the season when they beat the panthers wasnt reality? Like I keep telling you, if you take your head out of Foxs ass once in awhile you might be able to see properly. :D

The saints were the hottest team the last month of 2004 and they manhandled us. That is a reality that some of the biggest Fox slurpers like yourself dont want to admit.

Half of the pats wins in 2007 came against teams with winning records: Colts, chargers, cowboys, redskins, giants, browns, steelers, giants plus they beat the jaguars and chargers again in the playoffs. So really most of their wins were against winning teams. Try again....

Conversely half of their wins were against weak sisters and poor teams. My point is that it really doesn't matter, a win is a win no matter who it is against and they all count no matter the record of the opponent. So their 17-0 counts just like our 6-2 does as well.

And the hottest team in the last 2 months of 2004 was us not the Saints.

LOL! Now who's spinning things? Patriots had the 3rd toughest schedule in 2007. They beat half the playoff teams in the NFC and all the playoff teams in the AFC. That counts a little more in my book than beating only teams that were .500 or less

And like I said, the hottest team the last month in the NFL was the saints 4-0 not the panthers 2-2.

Ok this is dumb. John Fox is a good coach but can be stubbornly way to conservative. Fox has 5 years of 8-8 or better, which is good. 7 wins is the least amount of games he's lost, Andy Reid, Bill Bellichick, and a ton of other coaches would love that. We've played in 2 NFC championship games in 3 years. It's not his fault that the owner and GM are tight wads and wont let us get anyone worth a damn to help this year.

I assume you meant to say 9 games is the most amount of games he's lost because he's done it three times. And I can assure you that Reid and Belichick wouldnt trade their win/loss record for Fox's even if you paid them to.

JR went on a spending spree once in 2006 and Fox went 8-8 with that team. He's an average coach that had only a couple of good seasons over an 8 year span.

The part that began with the Saints were the hottest team and manhandled us. First of all they won by 3 points 21-18. Secondly jake threw for over 300 yards and was driving in their territory when they game ended.

Now to your hottest team in the last month. First of all we beat them on December 5th by 11 points 32 to 21 which is because according to you they were in a spiral but then they beat us by three points 4 weeks later and they are the hottest team.

Meanwhile they go 4-1 beating Tampa by 4 points , us by 3 points, Dallas by 14 points and Atlanta by 13. That year Dallas finished 6-10 so they beat 1 winning record team in the last 5 games.

We of course beat them by 11, Tampa by 17, the Rams by 13, lose to Atlanta in the dome 34-31 although Jake throws for 340 yards and Vick runs for 12 yards with less than 2 minutes in the game on the miraculous levitation play from the 5 yard line to win by three. Then we go to new Orleans and we have another close loss to the Saints that could have gone either way.

And they were dominant and we totally were crappy. Couldn't be that they always play the Falcons tough just like for a number of years we always beat Tampa. Yeah no spin there. Except for that one play that I saw in person and still can't believe by Vick, we are 4-1 as well. Yep they were totally dominant and we were totally lucky.

And if you actually talked intelligent football without all the spin and personal insults you wouldn't be a troll and afraid to go to a tailgate where you would be likely tarred and feathered.

Yes I meant 7 wins is the least amount. JR hardly went on a spending spree. We brought in who, Keyshawn? Im pretty sure he wasnt that good then, sounds like more of a bad organizational move then anything. And also Andy Reid and Belichick have HOF quarterbacks. I love Jake, but he isnt near as good as McNabb and Brady. So thats what makes what Fox has done even more special

The game wasnt nearly as close as the score indicated. They were up 21-10 with only a few minutes left until the panthers scored a late TD and 2 pt conversion to make it 21-18. The saints bascially dominated and were the ones that played like they wanted to make the playoffs unlike the panthers.

The bottomline, the saints went undefeated the last month. They were the hottest team in the NFL the last month not the panthers. You said it yourself that a win is a win no matter who its against. Did you change your mind?

You're obviously getting frustrated because you're pouting again. All Im doing is talking football without even having to spin anything. You're the only one that is throwing things up against the wall and hoping that it sticks.

LOL who cares about the tailgate? I dont know you or anyone here and yall dont know me so why would I have any desire to go? If I ever take this forum as serious as you I will show up so you can beat me up. LOL!

Refers back to the yearly thread about how toughest schedules are totally crap before the season and are based on last year not the present.

And next time use last quarter since last month actually either covers the one game in January or covers December/ January which was 5 games. We beat them December 5 by 11 and lost 4 weeks later by 3. During that span they beat 1 winning team, Atlanta, which we lose to in the dome on Vick's levitation play in the last 2 minutes. We then have to go to the dome to play them and lose by 3 points. We still go 3-2 and could have easily went 4-1 or even 5-0.

No you are totally off base as usual.
