Maybe we can take up a collection so JR can bring in a real returner.Captain has looked the best but we need an upgrade.

I know they were hoping AE would be the man to keep him on the active roster but how do you let him keep messing up.Its time to get a real returner,

I think Fox should give Witherspoon all reps Saturday. If he doesn't look to be an average NFL return man (which he is suppose to be pretty decent) you bring someone in and have him take up a roster spot just to handle returns. The position is that important.

Edwards can not being counted on entering the season. Moore can't be. Captain for every good return has one where he shows his decision making isn't good enough (at least last season it appeared that way).

that said, Fox is stubborn. The same reason Jake went out there every Sunday last season is the same reason Edwards will be back out there Saturday. Then followed by Moore and Captain if he is horrific. Not being a huge disaster will probably cause Fox to keep him there only to cost us some early games.

I think they'll keep Captain back there for the first few weeks, then put AE back when some of the jitters die down.. Captain is incredibly important to our defense, he doesn't need to be runnin around on D all game and gettin smacked around on PR duties too.

Sutton and Capt will be our guys on day one. I have not seen another player yet to do better then those two.

Witherspoon has a better resume than anyone on the roster. I think he could be our Mark Jones (or better b/c he is faster). I think it is odd Fox hasn't given him any reps with has horrible as all his prefered candidates have been.

or maybe that is Fox's saftey net. Or maybe it is classic Fox where he wants to use "his guys" instead of just going the obvious choice for right now
