I would watch the Skins. Odds are that the won't keep both Brandon Banks and Terrance Austin (described by one writer as the "poor man's DeSean Jackson).

Both were top return men coming out of college. May as well keep this young thing going.

For the life of me,i can't see why the we aren't using CB-Brian Witherspoon, who was signed in 2008,to help in this area.

Witherspoon averaged 11.3 yards on punt returns in his rookie season of 2008. He also returned 52 kickoffs, for a 24.0 yard average, and has 4.29-40 speed.

We've got the return man we need right here,so why not start using him?
