Everette Brown haters

The most impressive thing about Brown was the fact that he power rushed on a couple plays and clearly over powered the tackle. We all know he can spin and do all the speed rushing, but the power wasn't there last year. Granted only one game, but he looked a lot stronger. On a couple plays the RB had to step up and double team Brown because he was burning the tackle. Let's see what happens in the season.

man either super high or super low you guys trip me out, what a difference one week makes lol, hopefully no more talk of position switching at least

I think that Edwards should switch positions to anything on the D.

I haven't seen someone as good as he is at causing turnovers since Delhomme.

Hey guys...don't forget about Eric Moore. He beasted as well

Yep, Eric Moore has impressed in both games. I wonder if there's any way we can keep five defensive ends? Considering Johnson and Brayton often move in on passing downs, I think it would behoove the Panthers to do so.

My god, can you imagine a line of Brown, Johnson, Brayton and Hardy rushing the quarterback?

Everette Brown played well, and Eric Moore is a beast when he's in. Im glad Brown played well because I finally got to see that motor and how much he can contribute.

Hopefully we do not release Eric Moore like we did Jay Leman last year. The guy seemed like he made every tackle when he was put in, and then we dump him to the Eagles.

I really can't stand the word "hater". Just because somebody isn't impressed with one player doesn't mean they hate them. It's just a petty tactic to discredit others that a person disagrees with.

I'm not confident in Jarrett but it doesn't mean I hate him or want him to fail.

Brown wasn't all that impressive last year. When it comes down to it his lower weight isn't an excuse. He should be deservingly held to a high standard because of what we gave up to get him. I think anybody who isnt' impressed tonight probably isn't being fair. But if somebody wants to wait to see more then they aren't a hater.

To me, a hater is someone who improperly discredits, either without good reason or too abruptly. I think normal people (non-haters) like hearing everyone's point and just want an answer or solution, whereas the hater wants to inflate his own ego by baggin on someone else.

Doubt we keep five DE's. With the DT situation still not solidified and the fact that there will probably be a lot of rotation at that position, we'll keep more DT's and less DE's. Brayton, Johnson, Brown and Hardy is a good group though and they should do fine.

Brown did play well for a rookie with linited snaps, last year. He did eventually hit the rookie wall. With this being his second year, his conditioning should be better. In tonights game he showed once again, his ability to get after the qb. The fans who are surprised, are the ones who didn't pay much attention to him last year, and talk poo about him anyways.

brayton and johnson have abilities to play both, i think we always keep 5 de's, this year is no different
