HD Antenna question

Anything broadcast on the local's you should get. I'm about 18 miles from the antenna farm in Garner and I get all the locals with an attic style antenna. Tried some small antennas but I couldn't get WTVD or WLFL consistently.

PBS shows up broadcasting in a different direction than everyone else on the antenna farm, but I still pick them up pretty good too.

I picked up NFL replay online as a backup plan.

BTW there's no such thing as a HD Antenna.

I have one. Made by RCA. It's called an RCA HD Antenna. I get 17 channels for free in High Definition. ABC, CBS, NBC, Fox, CW, Ion, etc. I just wanted to make sure I get all the Panthers preseason games and regular season games (which I do) and most of the UNC Basketball games when the season starts.

It's marketing. Any antenna that picks up UHF and VHF will do that.

To answer the question as long as the networks (Fox, CBS, NBC) are showing the Panthers game in your area (they will), then yes you will get the games.

The only exception may be the NFL Network game with Pitt.

Sounds like an excuse to hit-up a sports bar. Where is the spot in the Triangle for Panthers fans to gather?

Totally correct. A laughable misnomer.

LOL well you just paid more money for a UHF/VHF antenna. I have a antenna up that is 15+ years old and I get HD.

i got a cheap 10 dollar rca one a couple years back and have been using it to pick up hd broadcasts for my comp. usually nfl network only games are up for streaming online from nfl.com. Sadly I live in redskin territory and there's no given.. luckily tonight the skins are playing b-more so their game is on cbs while ours is on fox.
