They asked me when I got hired what kind of timeline they could expect to get our call center group up and running. I said 12-18 months. Sooner if the Account Execs leveraged us in the account base....they did not. They hired me and started giving me poo after 3 months. I simply reminded them of what I said back in January.

So I leave a Pipeline of several million behind with buying prospects like UNC, Carolina Health, Novant, PPD, Duke Hospital System, Mission Hospitals etc

Unfortunately some people only hear what the want to hear...

Sorry man. I feel your pain. I'm the only guy out of 30 who says what he thinks while everybody else acts like cockroaches.

I'm off till Mon but slighltly paranoid that if an issue or two doesn't get covered by this guy others will whine and who knows after that.

I say we start our own biz and just friggin rock it and have biz meetings in Vegas and Miami once a quarter and laugh all the way to the bank.

Yeah that'll work.

I still remember the looks on the faces of the guys doing a power point about our revenue and metrics and quality blah blah when I dropped cognitive dissonance and subjective reasoning on them.

I walk up to the screen to make my point and they go pstall umm, we can take this offline. I go sure, but you do realize that # you came up with is impossible? Laughter from the masses then red yet stern looks from mgt.

Call Center start ups are my specialty, both onshore and overseas. So I take it they are hiring now? :cool:
