So I was asked and spoke my mind. My boss agreed with me but the time and money needed to make our little division get off the ground was too much for el presidente to comprehend.

They asked me when I got hired what kind of timeline they could expect to get our call center group up and running. I said 12-18 months. Sooner if the Account Execs leveraged us in the account base....they did not. They hired me and started giving me poo after 3 months. I simply reminded them of what I said back in January.

So I leave a Pipeline of several million behind with buying prospects like UNC, Carolina Health, Novant, PPD, Duke Hospital System, Mission Hospitals etc

That sucks. I swear Ive decided the less I say at work the better off I am. Every boss always stresses how much they want your input. But the bottom line is eventually they wont like what you have to say.

Sorry man. I feel your pain. I'm the only guy out of 30 who says what he thinks while everybody else acts like cockroaches.

I'm off till Mon but slighltly paranoid that if an issue or two doesn't get covered by this guy others will whine and who knows after that.

I say we start our own biz and just friggin rock it and have biz meetings in Vegas and Miami once a quarter and laugh all the way to the bank.
