Here's another related question:

Matt Moore over/under 60% completion percentage for the season?

Assuming he starts all 16 games:

If its over 60%, then Moore will probably have something like 20 TDs, 8 INTs.

If under 60%, then it could be more like 11 TDs, 15 INTs.

Take the average: 16 TD, 11 INT so...

OVER.

On the other hand if you extrapolate out his numbers from last season (5 games, 8 TDs, 2 INTs), over 16 games it would have been about 25 TD, 7 INT. So that seems pretty damn good.
