Anyone in Wrightsville Beach area?

I grew up in Wilmington/Wrightsville Beach. Back in the day, Red Dogs was a great bar. There were a few in that area that they called Bermuda Triangle. Names changed several times over the years. Red Dogs used to have free beer til somebody pissed. They had the bathroom doors sealed with tape and beer was free until somebody broke the seal.

:(.......to be a young douche bag again.......savor the flavor young bucks.

Holy crap I remember Red Dogs...man...yes, those were the days.

We need to try and get together... I wonder if Kurb and KK want to watch the game somewhere Saturday?

i may. wifey can't do any drinking though so we may stay home. not sure how a pregnancy will affect football season and gatherings

All I got from your comment...lol....I would like to get some of those while here!!:drool5:

K38 is another good place to try. on oleander. baja rolls are awesome!

beach bars are fun, but watch yourself. they're a draw for the marines. red dogs, 22 north, lagerheads and i forget the other one that is more sports bar like with food. all within about 100 ft of one another. on the loop. good place to sit, sip a beer and watch the hotties. i'm in leland though so downtown is my usual spot.

Jerry Allen's is still there? That's another good place.

Does Wally's/Pussers/Blue Water* still have live music by the marina on Sunday? Used to be jammed with hotties in the 90's.

*It was Wally's in the early 90's. Pussers in late 90's. And is Blue Water now.

Grand Union (across from the teeter on military cutoff) if you are more into cougars. The OC next door has great food. Kefi's is a cool place to hang right around the corner from sweet/savory on the way back to the beach.

Catch a water taxi to Masonboro Island or paddle a board across if you are in town for Labor Day weekend.
