I just need a Desktop PC for my home

HELP!

I am in need of a desktop PC (tower only). I am looking to spend no more that $500 if possible. I only use the computer for pictures, music, internet surfing, microsoft excel/word. Here is what I need from it

-Large Hard Drive

-memory card reader

-WiFi card for my internet

-multiple USB ports

-DVD burner

-Windows XP or 7

-Microsoft Excel/word (if possible!)

I dont need anything fancy, and I am not a PC gamer....just need something that can handle home business/pleasure.

Any advice and preferably links would be GREATLY appreciated!

At 500 bucks it's hard to beat the pre-built. The value of building your own increases with price.

I've seen REALLY good deals lately for some lcd screens from samsung and dell. I think they're trying to push out the older TN panels. Wonderful deals.

I saw 169.99 for a 23.5 inch 1080p samsung with all the goodies.

I'd buy the monitor in-store, however. If you get any stuck or dead pixels you better hope you get like 8+ or else they won't let you RMA the monitor.

Are Anus PC's good?

Also, it looks like the wireless card does not come with computers anymore...I would like to get one of these too, what is a good one that's within budget that I could look at? Are they easy to install? (I want an integrated card, that has an output where I can add my own antenna, cause the one I have is big time!).
