Creating an LLC

I am looking to become a reseller of software products. Tired of the BS associated with companies I have worked for. Just me at first then add sales people down the line. Would it be better for me to just get a 10-99 from a company or create an LLC? My dad knows all this just wanted to hear your input.

Hitting quota now = decent

Hitting the same number indi or LLC = life changing coin

Has anyone here done one? Any advice? Zod???

S corp if you are solo might be a good start. LLC, if you have some capital to play with and want to mitigate your risk/losses.
