Jake 6-7 for 66 yards on his first drive for Browns...

I guess Cleveland's coaching staff was either satisfied with what they saw out of Jake or want to see more of Seneca....Jake played the first series but the last four have been Wallace....

You get 6-7 from Jake and you just smile and quit while you are ahead. Its like going all-in 6 out of 7 hands in a row in hold 'em with 3-2 off suit and coming up with 4 dueces every hand and folding the one hand that would have been poo.

You have to remember, Cleveland still has a fan base that they have to keep excited abuot this season. I wouldn't play Jake again until opening day, saying he is so good you just want to see what Colt has. Then you start Jake day 1 amid all the buzz and kill everyone in Ohio.

It may become more obvious to folks that Jake was/is a serviceable NFL QB. His time was up here and he has moved on....I hope he does well and I think we can move on without him. Cleveland really needs him because they are in a REAL transition and have been for years. I hope Jake finds success there, but I don't miss him as our starting QB at this point. The suicide squad here at home already have enough things to freak out over. I can't imagine the reactions if Jake was still here...

LOL Chicago's vaunted D-Line including Tommie Harris and THE Julius Peppers couldn't even sniff Rivers on SD's opening drive.....

Surprise surprise Harris was on the opposite side of the field lost in coverage on the TD play....I loved the Hitman for the bone jarring hits he made but I certainly will not miss his coverage ability....
