Might a well go the real Penn Station in NY...about the same distance from me. Venturing south of Fairview is scary to me.

If you haven't tried penn station do yourself a favor and give them a shot.. Locations that I know of are providence rd. and adrey kell... then one on cherry rd. in rock hill

I had a bad experience at a Substation II so I've only eaten there once. It involved someone with dirty hands and no gloves making my sandwich. Something like that will stay with you forever.

cant blame you

ive walked into and subsequently left Subways on multiple ocassions after watching the nasty people make subs with no gloves....barf.

Oh, and the best is, they wear gloves, but then handle the money with the gloves and go back to making sandwiches. I guess they think the gloves are to keep their on hands clean.

I am fairly picky as to how my sub is made. Main thing to me is that I can watch them and ensure that they put the right amount on the sub. To much or to little of something makes it worse. For example I like the Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki sub at Subway, but don't want more than a couple of spoonfuls of the sweet onion sauce. Thats why I don't like Quizno's. Jimmy John's doesn't have much in the way of choice, and they don't toast the subs.
