I've been saying it all offseason' date=' people have laughed at me and called me a USC homer, but Jarrett will make this team, be the number 2 guy and he will be a reliable weapon on offense....[/quote']

You are a Jarrett homer, but if he keeps practicing well and actually shows up come gametime, you might be right, also.:D

I think we must have a record for number of players with the same last name on a team - at least 4 players with Williams as their last name.

IDK a few years back the bengals had a ton of players with the last name of johnson.

I was at camp yesterday and I agree with everything said. Someone posted that Hardy was running with the 1st team and that isn't true. Brown and Johnson were running with the 1st team.

People can be doubters and haters if they want, but Jarrett was the clear stand out yesterday. He caught everything thrown his way including a nice diving catch in non-contact drills. Nice to see that kind of effort after only 20 minutes into practice. You really can't appreciate how big he is until you see him on the field at ground level. I hope he pans out because he has Calvin Johnson size.

One other note I caught on the QB's. Cantwell didn't look sharp to me and it appeared that his reps were being split pretty equal with Pike. Pike is another guy that is a physical specimen. I am 6 ' 4" and when I stood next to him I was looking up.

On a side note, is J Stewart always a jerk when he signs autographs or did I catch him on a bad day? I didn't get any autographs but I stood by the fence and watched the players interact with everyone. Stewart wouldn't sign any autographs until finally these kids got his attention and he came over. You could tell he did not want to sign and overall was acting like an azz in my opinion. I am a big Stewart fan and I almost said, "be thankful they are asking for your autograph!" I am hoping this is just a one time bad day for him. Everyone else on the team could not have been nicer and you could tell that kids were having a blast.

no experience here with Stew and autographs.. but he does a lot over the net to keep fans in touch with him.. (or he used too, I've been out of the loop)

perhaps you caught him on a bad day...

maybe he had a lot on his mind? it can get awfully boring standing on the sidelines while everyone else is practicing.
