for what its worth in my league I took Double as the second overall pick, and also got Trouble in the 4th round all while drafting the BPA. So, it can be done if you have idiots in your league.

To be honest, I'd be surprised if Stewart got more than 200 yards less running than DeAngelo this year, even if D plays all games. But Stew is going to get most of the TD touches between those two, so if you have to have a Panthers RB pick up the best available early on and get Stewart later on in the draft.
