Ok, so I went to bed a little while ago. I fell asleep. I woke up because I was bouncing (full body, like I just did a flat belly dive bomb on my bed). Now, I don't have any history of sleep walking, so I don't think it was that. And I know a large amount of people have "falling sensations" before the enter the REM stage. But I don't feel like this is it.

What's more likely? My body and mind somehow levitated off of my bed or something else like sleep walking and falling full body on my bed, dead in the center? I'm kind of freaked out...

Out of body experience and your conscience got scared bringing your soul back to your body too quickly. Very common. Happens to me frequently.
