Ugh.. he got the land deeded to him and used it as collateral for the loans... The house is extra nice (I think it is over 3500 sq. ft.) and only a year and a half old...

On the 16th, the land and house belong to the bank (he has not paid his mortgage since November, and has several liens against him from unpaid contractors (he built to his specs))... So it would be a package deal...

They'll be having to move in with his in-laws... and I don't feel sorry for him or his wife, but I do feel bad for his 3 kids that can't help his overzealous ways...
