Best I can tell, We aren’t going to give an old punter guaranteed money while Titans would therefore we had to replace him.

yeah but that PFF grade does not take into consideration that Johnny Hekker in 2023 -2024 was punting the ball on average almost 80 times per each season while on the other hand Sam Martin was averaging only about 50 punts per season 

& i am almost certain that a higher volume of punts would in turn most likely lower your overall PFF grade...just saying

From App State, where I grew up going to games, watching him punt. Watching Armani dart around and making eventually making Chad Henne look silly, and forcing Michigan to hire Rich Rod in an effort to cash in on the spread option offense. The change in AP Poll rules allowing FCS teams to get votes in the FBS Top 25. 

It’s always big to see someone local on the Panthers, but apparently only Tar Holes and Game Hens get to be homers about it. 
 

Sam Martin is a great NFL punter as well. He’s not Hekker but he’s very, very good.

Based on the numbers included in the earlier post I don't see how he's largely average top ten in pretty much all punting metrics.

And dude he's a freaking punter 

The average starting punter is 30.5 years old and most play well until 40.
