Madden 11 is great this year!!!

This is the best playing Madden by far, but the worst Madden as a full game. I think that the overall feel of the game (minus the god awful strategy pad) is great. But the game doesn't feel like it's worth $60(thank god I got it for $20). It took so long for the next-gen game play to reach this point that now that is here we want more...ALOT MORE! Franchise and superstar hasn't been improved in 3 years (other than the extra point last year). If I buy Madden next year it will be due to the fact that they have added new modes and fine-tuned existing ones. The game play is fine, give me more modes.

Total agreement there !

Game modes suck and am extremly pissed about the franchise!

The audibles...I will never get used to this. I heard EA will be releasing a patch to get the old audible controls back- thank God!

On a bright note..

The game play and player controls are the best they have ever been!

Because of the great controls- playing with the Panthers is no longer a nuisance. Running the ball is what the Panthers do best and this years Madden has fixed the running game. The cuts etc..are off the hook.

This is a Madden 10 upgrade...not a Madden 11.

But I can not stress the upgrade of player control enough...it really rocks!

I haven't decided yet, but I'm only getting 1 of them at the moment. Which should I get NCAA or Madden?

NCAA is the better football game but if your like me and want to play as the Panthers with updated rosters, Madden it is.

It was way too easy to run the ball and way too hard to defend the pass. I played around with the sliders and it got a little better.

But then I realized even if it was perfect I wouldn't be having a ball. It's not worth it for 60 bucks. None of my friends play Madden so online isn't any fun either.

I don't think I'm going to buy Madden ever again. I'll try again in another 5-6 years.

I'm going to take it back and pre-order Halo:reach or something.

I have a copy my cousin gave to me...but he somehow lost the code..so I can't play online with my buddies..
