I agree with others that you can't glean much from this. Being from Detriot, I remember all too well when the Lions had intense scrimmages and went 4-0 in the preseason, just to go 0-15 in the regular season.

Once everyone is healthy and playing for real things will look a lot better. That said, days like today can be used as a motivating tool for the offense to play better.

Thanks Panthro....and you are right Picasso's does have good wings and some pretty good shooters too.

Hard to get too worked up about fanfest...great that the team does it...but, not too much should be taken away from it...now, the 3rd preseason game against the Titans, that's a tad different.

God it is great football is back...I'm even looking forward to the Bengals / Cowboys tomorrow night and that, is true desperation.

I might go as far as to say that he was making a sarcastic joke about his own school.

1) Hardy was a disruptive force....1 sack and a couple tackles. Hustling on every play.

2) Armanti couldn't get open. Therefore didn't catch anything. Caught all his punts.

3) Clausen looked to be the most impressive. He would have moved the team if it was for OL issues. I thought he had good pocket awareness...best out there.

6) Gettis looked to be the best WR out there today. Lafell wasn't too shabby either.

7) Our back up K is simply that. Pray Kasay stays healthy....his kicks are low flying knuckle balls.

9)Cumblerson appeared to be making plays. Stuffed DW behind the line.

I did not see him open. To be fair I was also distracted by some blonde Milf was walking around with some sort of tatoo across her back.

One other observation that I don't know what to make of: Matt Moore rarely interacted with any of the other QB's. Even when they were all together for drills, I don't recall him talking to any of the others, usually standing several feet away from the other QB's. Also, on the sideline during the scrimmage, I noticed that when one QB was in, the others would hiddle up looking at the film and seemingly discussing the play, but Moore was at the completely other end of the bench either by himself, or chatting with some random player.

Like I said, I don't know what to make of this. I'm not surprised that he might not interact much with Clausen since he basically was brought in to replace Moore, but I'm not sure what to make of him distancing himself from Pike and Cantwell as well...if that's even what was going on. To be fair, I didn't pay attention to what they did the entire time, so it's possible that I only caught the moments he was away from them and missed any interaction. But it just struck me that every time I looked over, Moore would be off by himself, while the others were talking amongst themselves.
