Question to more the knowledgeable about azz chewings in practice

I want to say that Ive heard of a couple of incidents where Hardy is getting his azz chewed in practice. I think Ive read it on two or three different tweets and maybe somewhere else. I was wondering what, at the pro level, would they most likely be screaming at him for? Did he go for someones knee? Did he not make an effort to do something? or does our D Line coach just like to get Amped up and scream?
