Thats a rather odd draft philosophy

It's not a philosophy, it's a truth. Every time any team makes a draft pick they are betting that this young fellow will somehow be able to make the jump to the NFL, that'll he won't be bogged down by injuries, that he will over perform where they picked him.

And in the vast majority of cases across the entire spectrum of picks, the success rate is low.

That makes every draft pick a hope.

Graham, Carter, Hunter, Johnson. The odds that one of these 4 players are still on the board is pretty good.

Carter and Hunter will be gone but really good chance at least one of the others drops to us.  Hunter is trending down due to technique questions on D.

I think based on the signings, finding good rotational guys at edge and dline, that they're more confident in that rotation than they are in the backfield, since they only signed a safety and resigned Mike Jack, who was a good place holder.

So at least with the 1st pick, I think they're leaning towards a corner like Will Johnson, or a safety to pair with Moerhig like Malaki Starks or Nick Emmanouri to roundout the defense. Since this draft is so deep with edge and NT help, im sure they're thinking that they can find one in the later rounds that can be part of that rotation. Just a theory.

Man a safety early round one is tough. I really like Nick Emmanouri but at 18, not at 8. Guy is a freak.

I’ve had a buncha different dogs, so far the American bulldog is my favorite. The Tibetan mastiff pup is great too but the bulldog is very trainable, loyal, strong, good personality, affectionate, everything I like in a dog. The only thing really so far the TB is behind in is he’s not as easily trainable and not quite as affectionate.

Pic is an 11 year old American bulldog about 110 lbs (Jackson) and as of this pic 11 month old Tibetan mastiff about 100 lbs (Jericho)IMG_5007.thumb.jpeg.9887eeb84fd5185766d526e4536fd016.jpeg

What are their names??

I echo what you said, Ive had German shepherds, husky, doberman, and worked with Belgian Malinois.

My American bulldog(3/4bull 1/4 boxer) was the best by far. I had "bouncer" before the interwebz explosion. I'd been a millionaire form him alone, he was non-stop action his whole life. I had a steel fire barrel and he would tackle while burning trash/wood to eat falling ashes. Those empty tide jugs, toss one out in the yard, he would kick it with his front feet, bite, repeat over and over until it was destroyed. You could not light firework out round him..... He would "eat" rain off house sheds. Loved to get his back scratched from a broom. He'd lay on his belly and you take the broom and out form one end of room to other. He lived 15 full years and the last three years became a fart machine to round out his career. Best ever, very loving, knew to protect his land, and I miss him very much!!

A good 3-4 defense is only as good as your nose. Now all the free agents we picked up except the safety are rotational pieces so with the first pick we should still fill out the defense with Kenneth grant now ranked 12 athletic freak 330 he is arun stuffer and can split double team has pass rush ability up the middle he would be our starter and Bobby would rotate in.
