Help: Similar Community in Charlotte Metro?

I'm looking for a community in Metro Charlotte that has the following characteristics. This is work-related, and I live in Atlanta, so not very familiar with the Charlotte 'burbs. Your help is greatly appreciated.

1) Population between 25,000 and 70,000 (ideally)

2) Rapid population growth in 90s and 00s

3) High rates of in-migration from other parts of the country

4) Relatively high income (one of the wealthiest in the area)

5) Predominantly white but growing minority populations (especially Asian/Indian)

6) One or two decent sized suburban office parks, housing at least a few decent sized technology companies

7) Reasonable retail environment - don't need to travel to Charlotte or other communities for basic needs.

Like I said, I know very little about the area, but Huntersville seems like it might be the closest fit. Thoughts?

EDIT: Just to clarify - this isn't about relocation, I'm not personally looking for a community like this to live in. Just need suggestions to help with some work-related research.

Where in "Atlanta"... Based off of what you just described it sounds like we could be neighbors now. I live up on the northside of the metro area in Alpharetta which is exactly like what you want.

I think Rock Hill can fall into this category. Really all the metros in the MSA of Charlotte.

But more RH. I think RH also has the busiest general airport in both states.
