He signed, he's not signed, which is it? This is a lot of money for a DT when you already have Derrick Brown. But this dude is a problem in the pass rush, ass cheeks in the run game though. Panthers better load up on LBs that can stop the run or the defense will be a sieve yet again.

Keep it mind, the Panthers didn't report it, but the issue is that in all FA, teams are vying for all players.  Players are trying to get the most money they can.  If possible, got to a winner.  So if Williams is playing other teams against the Panthers, more power to him.
