im not sure what that means, i never said antyhing about not having a reason being here and never bashed anyone for posting here. i said i respect jangler and he has thousands of posts.

what i said is i dont care if you guys will not be my "web friends", im still going to post and read. people need to stop acting like there superior and telling me not to post. read what a forum is, if you have such a problem with what i write then dont read it or respond.

no im not basing the whole state off of uncc. go google education rankings and new jersey is in the top 5 and north carolina isnt in the top 20s. test scores are higher in new jersey and the school systems are ranked higher.

there is no way i could sit here and say the jersey shore characters are more successful then any of you because i dont know any of you. but who are you people to say those kids are jokes and all ****** are complete jokes (once agan i am not a guid but i accept i am going to get called one over and over again). this is a fan forum and you guys calling me a guido will have no effect on me. but it is pretty ridiculous that bunch of people on here can sit and hide behind their computer screens and make comments and talk about how big of a jokes they are because of their lifestyles.

Guido is a derogatory term used to describe italians. now i have lived in charlotte for school, and where i come from there is not a huge african american community so it was a new experience for me when i lived down there. there were black people who wore there shorts real low, always getting high, and talking like complete morons. never once did i label them and bash their lifestyle because its not for me to say. I didnt go around saying oh hey look at those "N" word.

These idiots are perpetuating a stereotype by acting out a scripted show about how ignorant and vain a certain group of people are, but because they get paid for it, you look up to them? If a show like that featured black folk, or asian folk, it would have been taken off the air quickly. The fact that everybody is watching this crap and laughing at them doesn't bother them at all. Mike Judge was right when he made "Idiocracy", but I'll bet even he didn't realize how right he was.

so maybe you guys shouldnt judge them for their lifestyle, because there making some pretty damn good money and having a heck of a time doing it. they are also gaining celebrity status from drinking and having sex.

For grade schools maybe, but not for College. If you are going to use rankings, NC has more Colleges in the top 100 in the news and world report than New Jersey does.
