Other than the fact that we cut everyone over 30 years old except our kickers and Steve Smith? I think our team is completely different this year. According to the roster on Panthers.com, about 50 out of the 80 or so players have 3 years or less experience in the NFL and the rest of the roster is mostly 4-5 years experience guys. Thats alot of youth, given the fact that the average career in the NFL is 3 or so years.

The good thing though is that except for a handful, non of those 0-3 will be starters this year.
