Former Panther Josh McCown to take his "talent" to the UFL

With no NFL teams interested in veteran quarterback Josh McCown, the former Cardinals and Raiders starter has opted to follow a path blazed by men like Brooks Bollinger, J.P. Losman, and Daunte Culpepper.

McCown is heading to the UFL.

He'll play for the Hartford Colonials; the league announced the move today.

McCown, who entered the NFL in 2002, played for Arizona, Detroit, Oakland, and Carolina.

He joins a depth chart that includes Andre Woodson and Ryan Perriloux.
