Tyreke Evans Gets Arrested For Speeding (video}

Recommended Posts

Might as well race cars. Not like the fine, punishment or criminal history is going to affect someone who has his bank account much.

Yeah, until you kill yourself like Bobby Phills. Or worse, kill someone else.

If he wants to drive fast, there are plenty of tracks where he can do it in a safe environment.

I just got a speeding ticket the other day, so I can't talk too much lol. But yea, he needs to slow it down. Like someone above stated; if he wants to go that fast, there's racetracks for him to go to where he can go as fast as he wants in a safe environment.

I don't think what Evans was doing was safe, but I don't think it's the same as Phills wrecked car under the '45 mph' sign.

The highway is safer.

They clocked Evans doing 120mph+. I'll assume the speed limit was 65mph.

I don't think weaving in and out of traffic at 120 in a 65mph zone is any safer than what Phills did.

    • They reached for Pickett, so they are not immune to it.  I could see that as well.  I just think the Colts are flying under the radar and they have been too quiet concerning their QB situation--of course, they could think Jones is their guy (they had a good one named Jones a long time ago) but I think they are done with the Richardson experiment.   Even if I believed in Jones, I would still draft a QB--I also read one mock that said the Jets would take Sanders if he falls to 7---I disagree, but I was once wrong and it still bothers me.
    • I just switched to prime video with fanduel south. Will I be able to watch the Canes playoff games still?
    • I mean, you can use that "logic," but the problem is that most practice squad players, backups or average guys don't put the play on film that Wharton did when given their opportunities.  Perhaps you'll end up right, but I don't think that just because a guy has been in a rotation makes him inherently less productive because he gets more snaps. I will say that the KC fans I've seen on social media loved him, and considered him their second best DT,  regardless of his "rotational" status, and generally considered him a dawg, so I'm going to give him the benefit of doubt until he shows otherwise.
