Do the Panthers have home field disadvantage?

I attended many games Skins games in DC and DC is one of the most transient cities in the country. You could always count a large number of opposing teams fans at most Skins games, especially against the Giants, Philly or Baltimore, but the Skins still had home field advantage because the crowd got loud. In the old RFK stadium there were bleachers in either end-zone that people would jump up and down on to create noise and in the new stadium they were constantly working the crowd to make noise.

The Panthers really need to take advantage of the new rule this year where the home team is allowed to work the crowd for noise until the play clock hits 15 seconds. We need to keep putting pressure on the Panthers organization to do this. If enough Panthers fans ask for it (especially PSL owners) then it will happen.
