Outsourced,” the new NBC comedy coming to Thursday nights, couldn’t farm out the heavy dose of questions during the TCA press tour that centered on whether its premise was offensive, if not for its insensitivity about outsourcing jobs while our country is reeling from a recession then for its cultural stereotypes.

It seems like a risk to me because it doesn't look at all funny, not because it might be a bit controversial.

Say what? Parks and Rec and Community are great. The Office is slipping a bit, though it's still funny. And though 30 Rock isn't really my thing, a lot of people enjoy it.
