Yes, teams can always cut to make more room and restructure existing deals.  What would be nice is if we could just stop having stupid contracts and a ton of dead cap which would make FA much more straight forward without having to create room on the books.

A beer fridge under the toilet is DIABOLICAL! I would never leave that bathroom.
