Panthers Smaller this year

It looks like all the D-line are under 300 lbs. And the ones that are over 300 are on the PUP list. Our Biggest guy is a Guard. E. Brown is 6-1 256 lbs. How in the hell is he going to be pushing around 330 plus LT's ??? I thnk we will run the ball well this year and other teams will do the same to us.

That pic speaks volumes pantherfan...I had some real concerns about Meeks at the fist half of last season, but I was hearing the players saying it was taking some getting used to. Then we saw Meeks' point of order start to take hold and I feel he's got a method that will pan out.

I have some attitude towards size when I saw Pep getting owned by a single WR, or RB until the "right time" came. We had a good look at Kemo 1st week of SC in 2008. HS! That was like a blown engine in the first lap of Indy.

Everett Brown is a pass rusher. Understand? That means he will probably never be a full time starter @ the DE position, unless injury forces the Panthers hand. Brown's game is speed, and agility. Yes he has strength, and more important, LEVERAGE...that's how you move guys bigger than you.

Meeks also led Indy to the leagues worst run defense...

Really?

Well, if you take a closer look at it, when Bob Sanders was healthy, his defenses stopped the run pretty dayum well. When you go back to the playoff run that the Colts won their ring with, their run defense throughout the playoffs was the best run defense of the teams in the playoffs.

Seems to me you aren't doing your research, and just throwing poo out there to see what sticks.

Yes, run defense needs to improve. But don't sit there and try to say Meeks defenses can't stop the run, when there is clearly more to it than the bs coming out of your mouth.

Congratulations, the top defense for 4 games means so much. Especially looking at the teams they played, the only offense worth a damn was the Pats and they dropped 34 on them. The Chiefs were a one man offense, the Ravens had an aging McNair and Lewis and the only players worth a damn were an aging Mason and Todd Heap and the Bears had Rex Grossman as their QB.

A lot to be proud of there.

Well, obviously it did matter, as it won them the Superbowl didn't it?

You miss many reading points is so many people's posts, I seriously question your reading comprehension.
