Everette Brown needs another 10 pounds and the best worth ethic in the league to even be half of what Dwight Freeney is.

im agreeing with you, i dont think brown will ever be as good as freeney. i was just stating from the OP that Freeney was much more then a name before Meeks.

Yeah, Meeks and Freeney both ended up with Indy at the same time, but you clearly can't give all the credit to Meeks for making Freeney what he is. Freeney was the second defensive end taken after Peppers in 2002, and probably possibly have been first had he not been so undersized.

then what is it about Mr. Smarty Pants?

baseless assumptions based on visual evidence from poor eye-sighted mofo's who don't check to make sure they aren't going to say something stupid before they post a new thread.

This has always been my concern, since we brought Meeks in.

His D worked great in Indy, because of the fast strike abilities of their O. Ours is not the same, at least has not been in the past.

"Fox Ball" has always been run the rock, and stop the run. We seem to be leaning to Run the rock, and stop the pass. And while that makes sense in todays NFL, I am still a little nervous about our run D.
