Duke Robinson was put on the PUP list because of poor conditioning

Coach: "Hey you lazy fat ass. You are out of shape. Now go back home and sit on the couch some more while the rest of us bust our ass out in the heat getting in to shape; no matter how contradictory that sounds!"

Player: "Sure boss!"

The Pup list doesn't mean he can't work out and train; its just means he can't participate in any activities with the rest of the team.

They were probably working his ass off, trying to get him to shed a few layers today. Sadly he couldn't participate with the rest of the O-line in full contact drills. That is dissapointing.

After players started dropping dead from over heating and being out of shape and pushed to far they introduced a lot of these physicals. Robinson might have just had a bad day, could be a flu, then again he could just be a fat lazy poo. Who knows, worry if he's on the PUP in a week from now.

That's because they didn't get paid very much and had other jobs during the offseason. I don't think they have to worry about that these days.

i forgot about the rough and tumble days of the mid nineties

LMAO! So where are all those people who criticized Terrence Cody? I guess we should have never drafted Jonathan Stewart, Jeff Otah and Duke Robinson.

Difference between recovering from an injury and being a fat ass.

You have once again displayed your monumental ignorance....you are the product of a gene pool as deep as a mud puddle in July.

yeah the parenthesis with conditioning in it suggests that too. I was hoping like hell Duke would win the spot after he had been starting at RG for 2 straight weeks at mini camps. Looks like he'll be behind Bernadeau now. :(

I also had high hopes for Duke Robinson, even though he was projected to be a backup, starting the 2010 season.

Just think how he could help our running game if he ever got effective using that 6'5" 330 lb motor grading body of his.
